Who we are
Wickfall is a small independent game studio. For data protection purposes, Wickfall is the data controller for the information described on this page.

What we collect when you visit
This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Like any web host, their servers necessarily process your IP address and basic request information in order to send you the page. We add no tracking of our own on top of that, we haven’t enabled visitor analytics, and we don’t read those logs.
We use no cookies at all — and nothing else is stored on your device either: no session storage, no local storage, nothing. That’s why you’ve never been asked to accept any.

How long we keep things
Server logs — handled by our host on their standard schedule. We don’t retain copies.
Your rights
Under data protection law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct it, if it’s wrong
- delete it
- stop using it, or limit how we use it
- send you a copy in a portable format
- withdraw your consent, wherever we’re relying on it
Email privacy@wickfall.com and we’ll sort it out. There’s no charge, and we’ll reply within one month.
Other sites
We link out to Bluesky and Reddit. Once you follow those links you’re on their territory, under their privacy policies, and we have no control over — or sight of — what they do with your visit.
Complaints
If you think we’ve handled your information badly, please tell us first at privacy@wickfall.com and we’ll try to put it right.
If you’re still not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how any of this works, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
